Welcome to Better Birthing!                        
                    
    Birth is a special process that should be empowering for women and their partners. I offer both private and group classes, tailored to your needs and desires for labor. Every labor is different, and so are the women and families involved. My goal is to focus on your learning styles, attitudes, and expectations to create a program that will help you to attain your goals. I believe that women should have the tools to feel confident in labor, and have partners who are well versed and ready to guide. My own labors have molded me into the woman and mother I am today, and have brought my husband and I closer. I offer personalized lessons that allow you to truly learn, and master the skills you will need in your pregnancy, labor, and new life with baby.

Location of Classes

I am located in East Nashville. I provide private lessons in my client's homes in Davidson and surrounding counties, and group classes in East Nashville and on West End.
